Maximize Your Benefits

Our offerings are eligible as qualified medical expenses under the categories of Health + Wellness Coaching and Lessons. By leveraging these options, you can reduce out-of-pocket costs and make the most of your healthcare benefits while receiving support tailored to your needs.

Using Your HSA & FSA Insurance

Follow the steps below to utilize your insurance.
Step One
Verify Eligibility
Contact your HSA or FSA Benefit Specialist or Administrator to confirm whether Health + Wellness Coaching is an eligible expense for your plan and whether you can use your HSA/FSA card directly or need to request reimbursement.
Step Two
Obtain a Letter of Medical Necessity or Prescription
A qualified healthcare professional (such as your physician or psychologist) can provide a letter stating that educational therapy is medically necessary to address your ADHD, anxiety or depression. This letter is crucial for demonstrating to your plan administrator that the therapy is a qualified medical expense. Template Letters of Medical Necessity: ADHD
Step Three
Submit Your Expense
Once you have received your signed letter of medical necessity and have obtained approval from your HSA or FSA Benefit Specialist or Administrator, reach out to us to schedule and pay for your sessions.
Upon request, Learning By Connecting can provide you with a detailed SuperBill at the end of each month. Use this document to electronically submit your claim for your FSA or HSA.

Reimbursing Through Insurance

If you have insurance coverage that offers reimbursement for certain out-of-pocket medical expenses, you may also be able to recover costs for LearningByConnecting.
Step One
Check Your Coverage
Contact your insurance provider to confirm if Health + Wellness Coaching qualifies for reimbursement and what documentation is required.
Step Two
Gather Required Documents
Ask your physician for a Letter of Medical Necessity that supports your claim. Ensure that the document specifies the medical condition being addressed and the role of LearningByConnecting services in your treatment plan.
Template Letters of Medical Necessity:  ADHD |  Other Learning Disabilities
Step Three
Submit Documentation
Upon request, LearningByConnecting can provide you with a detailed SuperBill at the end of each month. Use this document to electronically submit your claim for your insurance.
